Sports & Remedial Massage

Remedial massage targets the tension and tightness that builds up in muscles from training, sport, work or everyday life. Using techniques like deep tissue work and myofascial release, it helps relieve pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery after exertion or injury.

It's not just for athletes — if you've got a manual job, sit at a desk all day, or just feel like your muscles need some proper attention, this is for you too.

Urvi Hemant

Urvi combines her training in Sports Therapy and Osteopathy to get to the root of muscle tension, not just ease it temporarily. She takes the time to properly assess what's going on before treating it, so whether you're recovering from a sports injury or carrying everyday tightness, treatment is tailored to what you actually need.

How Treatment Works

We'll start with a full assessment to understand what's causing the problem, not just where it hurts. From there, treatment might include hands-on therapy, joint mobilisation, taping or ultrasound, depending on what you need.

We'll talk you through your treatment plan and how many sessions we think you'll realistically need — we won't book you in for more than necessary.
