Sports Injuries

Sports put real strain on the body. Whether you’re dealing with an acute injury, a long-standing niggle, or simply want to train without breaking down, you need treatment that actually understands sport.

Urvi Hemant is our qualified, registered Sports Therapist, specialising in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. With a strong background in sports therapy, she works with everything from training-related injuries to everyday aches and pains caused by work, posture, or repetitive strain. Her approach is practical, patient-centred, and focused on helping people recover properly—not just temporarily feel better.

Urvi is also a confident, positive people person who works closely with the rest of the clinical team to make sure care is joined-up and effective, especially when injuries need a broader approach.

Sports Injuries

Supporting sports injury care, Reece, our Osteopath, brings both clinical expertise and personal insight as an avid football player. He understands the frustration of being injured and the pressure to return to sport too soon. Reece treats sports-related injuries alongside more general musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, postural problems, and movement restrictions, with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and long-term resilience.

Together, Sports Therapy and Osteopathy allow us to offer a well-rounded approach to injury treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention—so you can move better, train smarter, and stay active.
