Elysia obtained her level 3 diploma in massage therapy and hand reflexology at the beginning of 2022.
Hand reflexology aids with internal issues and energy flow to create a balance in your personal body system whilst therapeutic massage helps relieve external issues to create a sense of relaxation and painless environment within.
She has a particular interest in holistic medicine after dealing with lifelong health conditions herself and within her family. Elysia is a dedicated therapist and takes great joy in helping her clients get as healthy as possible with her skill set.
She has understanding on many illnesses and ailments and will create a treatment plan that will best work for you, along with advice on lifestyle changes or further medical help.

I can highly recommend Elysia for hand reflexology, from the time you go in and discuss any problems you may have, to the lovely hand massage treatment with essential oils, you're treated in a professional manner.
